About Sri Ramakrishna Foundation

Sri Ramakrishna Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering holistic community development and individual well-being, inspired by the principles of Sri Ramakrishna Pramahamsa.

Sri Ramakrishna Foundation established by devotees of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa in Dharmapuri on 15-03-2021. Our initiatives have focused on areas such as education, women's empowerment, Child development, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.

Sri Ramakrishna Foundation is to empower individuals and communities through targeted initiatives that promote well-being and sustainable growth.

Our Activities

Education

  • Value education and the training for all round development of the youths are not easily available for everyone. Hence we planned to provide various training for the youths apart from their education.
  • In a Nut-Shell, we create well Disciplined, Dedicated, Dynamic, Knowledgeable citizens in the backdrop of Eastern Culture. This is the dream of our Swami Vivekananda (Disciple of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa).
  • We create Swami Vivekananda Study Circle in all the Colleges.
  • We give Counseling for the students to get rid of Exam fear.

Social Welfare

  • We create awareness in the rural areas about Education and Health.
  • We conduct Personality Development Camps for Youths.
  • We have Family Counseling Centre.
  • We give Career Counseling for Youths.

Health

  • We teach Yoga and Meditation for all.
  • We conduct Stress Management program.
  • We organize Special Health Camps.

Women Empowerment

  • We promote the development of rural women through Skill Training.
  • We give training for Women Entrepreneurs.
  • We create awareness to the Women entrepreneurs to set up Small Scale Industry with minimum Investment and help them to market their products.

Social Awareness

  • We do give awareness to Save Water for the public through pamphlets, banners and conducting public meetings.
  • We encourage Tree plantation in all the Schools, Colleges and Public places.
  • We are planting Tree saplings to reforest many barren lands.

Spirituality

  • We promote the Book Sales of Sri Ramakrishna Math Publications to create Self-Confidence & Self-development and to learn Yoga and Meditation.
  • We conduct Sath Sangam in devotees’ house.
